Jason Klann, Managing Director

Throughout his career, Jason Klann has assisted companies with complex capital financings and merger & acquisition transactions ranging from $5 million to well over $1 billion in value. Jason brings significant power and automation industry experience, financial expertise and an extensive network of industry and capital provider relationships.

Jason is on the Board of Directors of Design Ready Controls, Inc. (DRC) and oversees corporate finance and operations. DRC is a provider of power control systems for OEMs in the HVAC, Oil & Gas, Wastewater and Alternative Energy markets.

Jason was previously Senior Vice President, Business Development & Strategy for the $4 billion North American Division of Schneider Electric, a global market leader in power infrastructure, automation and energy management solutions. He was responsible for mergers & acquisitions, corporate strategy and oversight of subsidiary companies including Veris Industries and EFI Electronics Corp., where he was previously CEO.

Jason began his career with the investment bank RBC Dain Rauscher and later joined the Arthur Andersen Global Corporate Finance Group advising companies on mergers & acquisitions, capital structure, valuation and new business development.

He received his MBA from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and a BA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
