Tim McGee, Managing Director

Tim provides significant technology expertise with over fifteen years of experience in business development, management consulting, venture capital and investment banking with both emerging growth and leading global companies.

Tim was most recently Vice President, Business Development for COPC Inc., a global leader in service operations, call center & BPO consulting and operations management. Tim was previously a Business Development Executive with Tivoli, a $2 billion systems and network management software division of IBM where he led strategic alliances and merger & acquisition activities.

Past experience also includes Director, Business Development for Troux, a leading IT Governance enterprise software company and providing financial and strategic advisory services as a management consultant with Deloitte Consulting. Tim began his career with the investment bank Vector Securities International, a healthcare and life sciences focused firm where he advised companies on mergers & acquisitions, equity offerings and strategic alliances while launching the firm's first venture capital fund.

Tim received his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
